The Suva soccer side has named a strong squad for the 2012 Vodafone Fiji FACT with the return of rugged defender Jo Basudra boosting the side.

Basudra has missed most of the matches in the league this season due to rugby commitments but his return will boost the capital side.

Some of the key players in the 22 member squad are Emori Ragata, Samuela Vula, Nathan Shivam, Simione Maikeli, Joseph Mishra, Cedric Dutt and Joshua Wilson.

Suva plays Nadi in their opening match at Churchill Park on Sunday at 12.30pm.

Other first round games sees Nadroga versus Tavua at 11am, Ba taking on Navua at 2pm and Lautoka will battle against Rewa at 3.30pm.
