Suva picks up momentum for BOG

The Jedi’s Suva side has picked up momentum in training ahead of the start of the Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants tournament in Nausori from Friday.

Players have been turning up for training and the capital City side are looking good.

Coach Gurjit Singh says stopper Uliasi Tamanisau or striker Maciu Dunadamu are likely to lead the side at the tournament.

The whites will be out to win the title after a lapse of 20 years.

Suva takes on Jacks Nadi at Nausori’s Ratu Cakobau Park this Friday at 3pm.

In other matches on Day 1, Shop N Save Lautoka plays Tailevu Naitasiri at 1pm, Fulton Hogan Labasa takes on Gecko’s Trucking Nadroga at 5.30pm while Ba plays Rewa at 7.30pm.
