Labasa’s Subrail Park is ready to host the Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants which starts tomorrow.
The friendly north hosts the tournament after a lapse of 15 years and a number of areas have been improved at the ground to ensure it’s all up to par for the three-day meet.
Fiji FA Vice-President Girja Prasad says fans can expect the facility to be it a tip-top condition when the tournament begins tomorrow.
“It’s a great effort made by the Labasa Town Council. Everything went according our plans. They have worked together and completed everything. Its nearly done and the ground will be handed over to us today.”
In the first match tomorrow, Nadi plays Rakiraki at 1pm, Dreketi faces Lautoka at 3pm, Rewa meets Ba at 5pm and Labasa takes on Suva at 7.30pm.
