Sports Administrator, Patrick Bower has labelled the $15 million National Stadium upgrade as spectacular.

Formerly, Team Fiji’s chef de mission to the Pacific Games in Noumea and as a national athletics organizer, Bower believes it will be the best in the Pacific.

“Looking from a schools perspective, they don’t always need the big stadium. They can always use the back and also they can know for their special event however mall it can be can be staged on an international setting and I am very encouraged by what is available. We’ve always had difficulty with seating and accommodating spectators on all sports and they’ve taken all that into consideration.”
