“Sports unite us and presented our small nation with pride and achievement on global stage.”

New elected Sports Minister Parveen Kumar made this sentiment in parliament today.

Kumar says the success of our rugby teams in 7s and 15s have contributed a lot in the development of our economy.

“The success of the Olympic and the rugby teams all contributed towards the economic sector of Fiji and bought added glory to our beloved nation.”

He adds the FijiFirst government will continue to support and invest on the development of sports in the country
