Sowakula to transport supporters to Chiefs-Highlanders game

June 27, 2018 5:01 pm

Villagers of Tagaqe in Nadroga are expected to come out in numbers to support Pita Gus Sowakula and his Chiefs teammates when they play Highlanders in their super rugby clash tomorrow night.

Sowakula says he has already arranged transport for them from Nadroga to Suva and return.

“They will have two buses to come up to watch the game on Saturday and hopefully I get the chance to play and for your families, friends please do come on Saturday and hope to see you after the game.”

Meanwhile, the Chiefs effectively have to win their remaining three games and have other results go their way if they are to keep alive their slim hopes of earning the second spot in the New Zealand conference.

The Highlanders side will arrive in the country this afternoon.

Highlanders will host Chiefs at 7.35pm tomorrow and Suva’s ANZ Stadium.
The gates will open at 4pm.
