Oceania development manager for the International Rugby Board, Lee Smith is in the country to assist with the Fiji Under 20s and Flying Fijians squads.

Apart from assisting the national teams, Smith will also be conducting coaching clinics in Suva on Friday and Saturday.

Seen at the Flying Fijians training session at Bidesi Park this morning, Smith pointed out a few areas in set-pieces which need to be worked on.

He also witnessed the Fiji U20s scrimmage in Nabua yesterday and says much work needs to be done in scrums.

Overall, Smith believes both national teams have a wealth of experience in the backline and believes Fiji will be a sight to see at the Junior World Cup in South Africa next month.

While the Flying Fijians are expected to perform very well at the Pacific Nations Cup in Japan in June.
