Fiji-born Waikato rugby star Sevu Recce scored a try in his side 42-22 win over Hawke’s Bay in the Mitre 10 Cup match in New Zealand provincial rugby last night.

They led 21-15 at the half time.

The Hamilton based side edged ahead to lead Mitre 10 Cup table with 18 points while Hawke’s Bay sits second with 17 points.

In the match this afternoon, Northland takes on Manawatu at 5.45pm.
