The Australia 7s team has received a major boost with two of its experienced players being cleared off injuries ahead of the Sydney tournament which kicks off today.

Aussie robust forward Jesse Parahi returns to the team after missing out the Hamilton 7s last weekend while superstar Ben O’Donnell has been cleared to play this weekend.

O’Donnell says they just can’t wait to participate and defend their tournament.

“We missed the big boys good to have them back in the team who brings the leadership and voice to the side. We feel confident ahead of the tournament.”

Australia is pooled with South Africa, Argentina, and Tonga.
