Fiji Airways men’s 7s speedster Alasio Naduva will play a vital role when the side takes on Australia in the Cup quarter-final in Sydney today.

Naduva was at his best form yesterday busting through the opponents defense to score tries against Japan and Samoa.

His supersonic try against Japan has been regarded as one of the best and is in top three tries after day one of the competition at the Sydney 7s.

Fiji plays Australia at 1.16pm.

In other cup-quarterfinals – New Zealand faces France at 1.38pm, South
Africa meets England at 2pm and in the final match USA battles it out against Spain.

The semi-finals will begin at 5.16pm while the cup final is scheduled for 9.54pm.
