Naduva is top try scorer in 7s series

Fiji Airways men’s 7s speedster Alasio Naduva is the top try scorer after the first three leg of the 2018/19 series.

The 28-year-old has scored 15 tries while Aminiasi Tuimaba is second with 14.

Captain Kalione Nasoko has scored 12 tries and is currently on 9th place.

Waisea Nacuqu is ranked fourth as the Most Points Scorer with 97 in the standings.

Meanwhile, in the Sydney 7s tournament, Fiji is pooled with Samoa, England and Japan.

The Fiji 7s side begins its campaign against Japan at 12.34pm this Saturday, then faces England at 6.02pm and plays Samoa in its final pool match at 10.07pm.

The Cup quarter-final kicks off at 1.16pm on Sunday, semi-final at 5.16pm while the cup final is scheduled for 9.54pm.
