England’s men’s 7s captain Tom Mitchell hopes playing indoor in Vancouver this weekend will be an advantage for the side.

Mitchell says the are hoping that the artificial pitch and the different atmosphere in the two-day event will help them play quick and fast rugby.

“We got some interesting matchup in Vancouver and three tough games in the first day and we’ll try and shift our game highly from where we left of in Vegas. It’s a very different pitch here and we see the artificial pitch here indoor and good condition to move the ball probably quicker play than we had in Vegas.”

England is pooled with Argentina, Scotland and Japan.
