Four Fijians named in NZ 7s squad

The New Zealand 7s side has named four Fijians in its final 12-member squad for the Sydney tournament in the weekend.

Speedster Jo Ravouvou, Jona Nareki and play-maker Vilimoni Koroi maintain their place in the team, while Amanaki Nicole returns after missing out the Hamilton 7s last weekend.

Sione Molia and Tim Mikkelson will co-captain the side after Scott Curry being ruled out due to injury.

New Zealand is pooled with Scotland, Spain and Wales.

Meanwhile, Fiji is pooled with Samoa, England and Japan at the Sydney 7s which will be played at the Spotless Stadium in the weekend.

They begins its campaign against Japan at 12.34pm this tomorrow, then faces England at 6.02pm and plays Samoa in its final pool match at 10.07pm.

The Cup quarter-final kicks off at 1.16pm on Sunday, semi-final at 5.16pm while the cup final is scheduled for 9.54pm.
