National team coach Gareth Baber gave the reason behind it and says everyone needs to be respected.
“Humanity is a big part of our values, we talk as a team, anybody is part of our family. A ball girl coming in there is much as likely to be on this rugby field as anybody else”

Obviously, humility is a part of that values we talk of as a team and you know anybody’s part of our family, a ball girl coming in there is much right to be on the rugby field as anybody else. It’s very special for us to have people in the sport like that.
