Fiji Airways 7s Coach Gareth Baber says challenging the players in all tournament will push them to perform their best and improve their skills.
Making his Hong Kong debut this weekend, Aminiasi Tuimaba will be under close scrutiny from other teams for his speed and agility in the field.
Baber says he wants to challenge Tuimaba to see how well he copes with the challenges as he has been impressive so far throughout this season.
“This is his first Hong Kong so this is another challenge for him, that’s exactly where we want to be, where I keep challenging the players. Because when you’re challenged and you tend to do your utmost best. What we need to do as coach, as players and as supporters as well is supporting all those opportunity and try elevate him to be able to play probably beyond what he think he’s capable of.”
