The Fiji Airways men’s 7s players have been reminded to be aware of their diet in the festive season

The Gareth Baber-coached side gathered at Albert Park this afternoon to have its training session after returning from their successful outing in the Cape Town 7s.

The side will break camp tonight to spend time with their families
Baber says players should continue their training and stay away from any distractions

The players will return to camp on the 28th of this month to prepare for the Hamilton tournament in January.

Fiji is pooled with Australia, Argentina, and Wales.

The Hamilton 7s will be held from the 26th to the 27th of next month
