Fiji Airways Drua coach Senirusi Seruvakula says he is counting on Captain Mosese Voka to guide the players in their National Rugby Championship opener against the Melbourne Rising today.

Seruvakula says Voka has been a role model and one of the consistent players throughout their preparation.

“He’s been doing well from the start of our preparation and he’s been leading from the front and having meetings with his senior players and as a team and he’s got a role to do today.”

Meanwhile, the Fijian side presented their i-Tatau to President Major General retired Jioji Konrote yesterday as they sought the nation’s blessings ahead of the championship.

The Fijian Drua takes on the Rising at Nausori’s Ratu Cakobau Park at 3 pm today.
