Fiji football head coach Juan Carlos Buzzetti will be selecting a senior side during the Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants, starting tomorrow in Nausori.
This will be for two games that have been penciled in against Tonga on August 19 in Ba and American Samoa on August 27th in Nadi.
Buzzetti says the two teams are building up for their first stage of World Cup qualifiers, which will be played at the end of August.
He adds this will also give Fiji players a chance to get game time and also with the OFC Nations Cup to be played next year, this is the start for the national team.
Meanwhile, on day one of the BOG tomorrow, Shop N Save Lautoka plays Tailevu Naitasiri at 1pm, Suva takes on Jacks Nadi at Nausori’s and Fulton Hogan Labasa takes on Gecko’s Trucking Nadroga at 5.30pm.
The last game of the day sees hosts Rewa taking on Ba at 7.30pm.
