Suva Special School is celebrating the achievement of three of its student’s who won medals at the Special Olympics in Los Angeles, USA.

Molly Esther won 2 gold and a silver medal; Abdul Sharif won gold and a silver medal while Asenaca Rokorairuku won a bronze medal.

Suva Special School Principal, Narend Prasad says the trio have done not only the country proud but the school in particular.

“The school is very happy and proud of the achievement of our three students and we congratulate them on the winning of the medals.”

The six-member Team Fiji contingent collected a total of 3 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze medals at the competition which came to a close yesterday.

Team Fiji returns today.
