Fiji Football says the dates for the clash between Savusavu and Tailevu Naitasiri have been set to allow Savusavu enough time to prepare.

Fiji FA CEO Bob Kumar says Savusavu came into the picture only after the arbitration ruling last week.

It is unfortunate and we have to be realistic. Savusavu was not in the picture until the arbitration decision was done and we cannot force them to pack up and come, they need time to prepare and it’s only understandable and fair.

Tailevu Naitasiri will host the first round of the promotion relegation at Ratu Cakobau next Sunday….a week later it will be Savusavu’s turn.
