Samoa defeated USA 21-16 while Japan outclassed Canada 20-6 in the US this afternoon.

The Vodafone Flying Fijians also secured a win in their opening match accounting for Tonga 30-22 in Suva yesterday.

Fiji’s next match is against Samoa at 12pm this Saturday.
