New Caledonian club, S.S.I defeated Boston White 22-18 to win the National Easter Basketball Championship at the Vodafone Arena last night.

The visitors had earlier beat University of the South Pacific (USP) with the same score line in the semi-finals while Boston White defeated Outsydaz 43-22.

Meanwhile Dynamic Redz defeated Chosen 24-22 to claim the women’s title.

National age grade rep, Kelera Koyamainavure played a crucial role to help the Redz win the title.
