Vodafone Fiji 7s coach, Ben Ryan says the players are meeting the required target of body weight they planned to have before the Olympic Games in Brazil.
Ryan says there is some good body weight percentage coming in with 90 percent of the squad under 8 percent body fat with the lowest sitting at 6.19 percent.
Ryan is also impressed with Leone Nakarawa who weighs 119 kilos but only has nine percent of body fat.
Meanwhile, Fiji takes on Brazil in its first match at 4.30am on 10th of August, they will then face Argentina at 9.30am and plays USA at 4.30am on the 11th of August.
The medal quarterfinal will be held from 8am, with medal semi-final starting at 5.30am on 12 of August and Gold final will be played at 10.30am.
