Former Fiji Airways national 7s coach Ben Ryan, has joined the French Rugby Federation as a consultant for its sevens team this season.

After a number of months of negotiations, Ryan has finally joined the Les Blues who have started the preparation for next season.

The recruitment of Ryan, a figure recognised in the 7-man rugby scene, is a quality addition made by rugby manager Christophe Reigt, who is trying to improve the image of the men’s national team who finished 10th in the world last season.
