Ryan assures fans of improved performance

December 2, 2015 5:20 pm

Vodafone Fiji 7s coach, Ben Ryan is assuring local rugby fans of a much-improved performance from the team in the new season of the World Sevens Series.

With onlya day to go until the Dubai 7s kicks-off, Ryan says each player in the 14-member squad has earned their spot and he expects them to put on a fine display of 7s rugby this weekend.

“The successes in getting into the team is now fighting hard for the team and making sure the team is successful. Still the caps in World Series terms is still not high but we’ve been together for a year plus and I’m seeing a great deal of understanding on the field that we should have no reason why that can’t translate into some very good performances over the next 10 months.”
