The Swire Shipping Fiji Warriors are preparing for a fast-paced and physical battle against Junior Japan.

Coach Senirusi Seruvakula says they will need to work on their discipline and play the whole minute of play so they can outpace their opponent.

“We know Japan will play a fast game and bring a lot of physicality and in order for us to win we have to have our defense right.”

Frank Lomani will continue to lead the team with Seruvakula applauding the Flying Fijian scrum- half for his debut captain’s performance last week.

The Fijian Warriors battles Junior Japan at 5pm today at ANZ Stadium.
