Three level of courses is a must for coaches

Coaching officials are now understanding what more needs to be done in with respect to the development of Coaches in Fiji.

Regional Training Manager, Oceania – World Rugby Talemo Waqa says there are three levels of courses that coaches are to take, however most of them have only completed the first and the second level.

Waqa says seven member units are at the Super Week Program at Tanoa International Hotel in Nadi to ensure these coaches get the right level of education.

“We are happy with what has transpired this week, its changing mindset its changing thought processes, and they are now being aware if we develop our coaches our referees our assets, our administrators, the game will become better.”

The workshop began last Sunday and ends today.
