“We’re glad that we stepped up from our previous game against Tailevu as we were not satisfied with how the game went. And I guess there’s still a long way to go for us in this competition.”

Suva is set to take on Namosi in the third round of the Skipper Cup competition at Navua’s Thomson Park tomorrow at 3pm.

Meanwhile, Tailevu host Rewa at Nausori’s Ratu Cakobau Park, and Naitasiri travels to meet Nadi at Prince Charles Park at the same time.

In today’s match, Nadroga plays Northland 6pm at Nausori’s Ratu Cakobau Park.
