Serua was held to an 18 all draw against the Bua provincial side in their Vodafone Vanua Cup challenge this afternoon.

A penalty against the Bua side saw Serua jot the first points on the score board 3-0 in the first ten minutes.

Just a few minutes later, Bua equalized with 3 points from a penalty against Serua.

A try from Bua saw the side lead Serua 8-3. The conversion took their score up to 10.

Serua answered with a try of their own to add another 5 points to their score. The conversion was unsuccessful.

The 1st half ended with Bua leading 10- 8.

Serua opened the second half with a penalty against Bua adding another 3 points to their score.

A try and successful conversion a few minutes later saw the side lead further 18- 10 putting pressure on the Bua side.

A try from Bua increased their score to 15 with the conversion unsuccessful.

About 10 minutes to the final whistle, a mistake by the Serua side saw Bua kick a penalty warning them another 4 points taking their points up to 18.

Bua faces Nukuloa in Bua next week while Serua takes on Macuata in Labasa.
