Permanent Secretary for Education Allison Burchell says they have been working to come to an agreement from last year.

“I would like to echo our gratitude to the FRU CEO for us being able to come to this particular point in time. As you said it’s not always easy. It is a change of relationship. It is a partnership that we are developing and as the CEO said it’s in the best interest of the students.”

The Secondary School Rugby Competition is expected to start next week around the country.
