Queensland Reds captain believes they need to do a lot of soul searching after going down 21-19 to Chiefs in a pre-season match over the weekend.

Kerevi says all the players including him should show full commitment in the game if they are to qualify for the eliminations.

“I think the players have been playing very well. So for myself, I just need to add more to the game and you know for both Dugan and myself just sharing that load. We both are really strong carriers and we just need to share the load.”  

The Reds are on bye and plays Highlanders in the first match next weekend.

Meanwhile in the matches this week, Brumbies plays Rebels at 8.45pm on Friday while Blues faces Crusaders at 6.35pm on Saturday.
