Waisea Nayacalevu still remembers when he was taken off the field due to injury in the last Rugby World Cup against Australia.

Nayacalevu is one of the players expected to make the final 23 member squad to meet the Wallabies next weekend in Sapporo, Japan.

The France-based player says he was quite sad after exiting the game early against Australia in 2015 and is thankful for the opportunity to represent Fiji in his second World Cup.

Meanwhile, Flying Fijians captain Dominiko Waqaniburotu is thankful to Akita City in Japan for hosting them in the past week.

This is before their first 2019 Rugby World Cup match next weekend.
