Kerevi voted as Super Rugby’s MVP in RugbyPass midseason awards

Fiji-born and Reds Captain Samu Kerevi has been voted Super Rugby’s MVP in the RugbyPass midseason awards.

According to RugbyPass, Kerevi is the most valuable player of the competition thus far where he is very effective in attacking form and scoring tries.

The 25-year-old carrying more times than any other super rugby player at 108 carriers, making 14 clean breaks.

Meanwhile, in this weekend’s super rugby fixtures, Crusaders meet Lions at 7.35pm on Friday and Sunwolves will then battle Highlanders at 10pm.

On Saturday, Hurricanes play Chiefs at 7.35pm while Waratahs to meet Sharks at 9.45pm.

On Sunday, Stormers will take on Bulls at 1.05am while Jaguares to battle Brumbies at 9.40am.
