Carlos Spencer believes the Hurricanes are on track as they prepare for the opening Super Rugby clash against the Waratahs on Saturday.

Spencer says he has been closely working with the other coaches to ensure the Canes have prepared well for the first match.

“Closely working with the Coaches and its about me working with them and getting the opportunity to add around our attack and get the best out of our players. We have got an exciting bunch of backs in the team.”

The Hurricanes faces the Waratahs at 8.45pm on Saturday.

In a match on Friday, Brumbies plays Rebels at 8.45pm while Blues faces Crusaders at 6.35pm on Saturday. You can catch both the matches live on FBC Sports.
