Many rugby fans in Fiji remember Tawake very well as his 1999 Rugby World Cup try against France was disallowed by then referee Paddy Obrien.

The Kavala villager from Kadavu has been living in Japan for the last 14 years and says this is quite a memorable moment for him and his family.

Tawake is also the Flying Fijians Liason Officer in Japan.
