Fiji vs Australia - a special match for Frank Lomani's family

The Village of Nukubalavu in Savusavu have a special reason to be proud about the Rugby World Cup match between Fiji and Australia.

This comes as the villagers prepare to cheer on their home boy and Fiji’s halfback Frank Lomani.

The villagers couldn’t be more proud as this is history in the making for the village and the family itself.

Frank Lomani’s family and relatives are all geared up and ready for game day today!

His brother, Ereniki Kinilovo was lost for words when he attempted to explain the pride he had for his brother donning the white jumper.

We are all so proud of him especially the family, and the village and Savusavu are all proud of him.

From his humble beginnings to the world stage, Frank Lomani or Reqe as he is known in the village – has earned the respect of villagers and family alike.

They saw it fit to get together to show Reqe that he has their full support and prayers.

Kinilovo also revealed the plans for tonight.

The plan for today is that everyone will gather at home before 4.45pm to watch him play and everyone knows they have to be here before 4.45pm.

Lomani’s family has plans to gather everyone at their home and get some BBQ and Kava flowing as they await the much anticipated match between the Flying Fijians and Australia at 4.45pm.
