The defending champions Fiji Airways Fiji Drua have made it to the next round of the 2019 National Rugby Championship. 

This is after they defeated Queensland Country 26-22 in their 7th match at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka. 

Jiuta Wainiqolo scored the first try for Fiji in the 39^th minute of play.

Apisalome Waqatabu, Levani Kurumudu and Johnny Dyer scored the other tries which were successfully converted by Enele Malele.

Fiji led 21-17 at halftime. 

The first try for Queensland country came by Joey Fittock while the rest of the tries came through Harry Wilson and Rohan Saifoloi.

Fiji copped one yellow card in the match through Samisoni Viriviri while Queensland Country copped two through Jethro Felemi and Harry Hockings.
