Chiefs end its losing streak in a draw

Damian Mckenzie’s switch from first five-eight to full back for the Chiefs sees them equaling its score against the Hurricanes 23-all in its Super Rugby clash last night.

McKenzie scored a try and convert two penalties for the Chiefs to take the lead 20-13 at the breather.

However, the Hurricanes fought back with 10 points in the second spell to level the game 23-all.

The Chiefs have now gone five matches without a Super Rugby win.

In other matches last night, Brumbies beat Waratahs 19-13.

Meanwhile, the Sunwolves battle Reds at 4.15pm today while the Highlanders take on the Crusaders at 5.35pm.

Tomorrow Lions will play Rebels at 1.05am.
