The Army Development side after winning the title

The Army Development side has defeated Police Development 15 –13 to win the 2019 ANZ Ratu Sukuna Bowl Development Title.

Police led 10-6 at halftime with a converted try and a penalty.

Army second five-eighth Douglas Daveta and Maleli Ramoka converted five penalties.

Indiscipline from Police caused them the title as two players were shown the yellow card.

Army now defends the Ratu Sukuna Bowl Development Title.

Meanwhile, the main match will kick off at 2pm.
