Fiji is now ranked 22nd which is also an all-time high, they jumped two places up the ladder.
The national women’s rugby side was ranked 24th before their Rugby World Cup 2021 qualifier against Samoa.
Fiji’s 41-13 win over Samoa in Lautoka over the weekend sealed their place at RWC 2021 as well as earning them three rating points which were enough to send them above Belgium and Trinidad and Tobago.
Samoa’s loss has seen them fall to their lowest ever rating of 17th.
Meanwhile, New Zealand remains at number 1 followed by England, Canada, France, and Australia in the top five.
