Israel Folau’s new fundraising campaign has soared past Aus$600,000 as donors throw in more than $1,000 a minute.

The way it is going it looked like the sacked Wallabies star might rake in more cash than he did on his now deleted GoFundMe Page.

The Aus$600,000 had been donated in the space of 12 hours to a re-launched website via the Australian Christian Lobby.

The Australian Christian Lobby kick-started the fund with an A$100,000 donation of their own.
