RKS U19 rugby league ready for QVS

The Fiji Secondary School Rugby League champion Ratu Kadavulevu School will battle rival Queen Victoria School in the semi-final match at Buckhurst Park on Saturday.

RKS Under-19 captain Philip Mari says QVS has always been their biggest rival in any secondary school competition in the country.

“We’ve been preparing well for the game given that QVS is our biggest rival. In every sport whether its rugby deans and rugby league even athletics. QVS is always our biggest rival and we have been preparing well for them this Saturday and we’re hoping for a good match this Saturday.”

Meanwhile, QVS is hoping to make a powerful return into the Secondary School league competition after missing out in the past 3 years.

RKS will be taking on QVS in the first Under-19 semi-final at and John Wesley College meets Nasinu Secondary School at Buckhurst ground in the South-Eastern zone in Suva on Saturday.
