Local rugby players have been encouraged to put up a convincing performance this weekend.

Vodafone Fiji Bati coach Brandon Costin has challenged the local players to perform.

Costin says with the Tongan Residents side coming to play three games in Fiji, the onus is on the local players to deliver.

The national coach says they have not confirmed the Fiji Residents squad as the coaching staff is giving players another chance to make the side after this weekend’s Vodafone Cup.
