Kikau to miss season opener through injury

Vodafone Fiji Bati and Penrith forward Viliame Kikau will miss the opening rounds of the NRL season after sustaining a knee injury during the Panthers’ clash with South Sydney last Saturday.

Zerotackle reports, Kikau will now be sidelined for the next six weeks as he recovers from the injury.

It was reported that he was diagnosed as a Grade II medial ligament injury on his right knee.

Meanwhile, the 2019 NRL competition will kick start next month.
