Vodafone Fiji Bati and Panthers forward Viliame Kikau appeared in severe doubt for the opening round of the NRL season after picking up a right knee injury in their pre-season 28-9 victory over the Rabbitohs.
According to NRL news, the giant back-rower will have scans tomorrow but the early prognosis was he suffered a grade one or two medial ligament tear, which could rule him out for two to six weeks.
