Fiji Bati to play Lebanon Cedars

The Vodafone Fiji Bati will play Lebanon Cedars in the June Pacific Test match in Sydney.

Fiji National Rugby League Executive Chair, Peni Musunamsi says this is a good opportunity for the Fijian side to get more exposure.

Meanwhile, National Rugby League Coach Brandon Costin says he is looking forward to scouting potential players from the Fiji resident’s side when they play Tonga in early June.

“I am impressed with talent that I’ve seen in the two months that I’ve been here. There’s a lot of potential here in Fiji and I want to take my time and observer these players closely and make my selection afterwards.”

Fiji plays Lebanon on the 22nd of June in Australia.
