RSMS upsets Suva Grammar netters

The Ratu Sukuna Memorial Under 17 netball team caused the upset of the day beating Suva Grammar 7-6 in the national championship in Suva today.

This was the Grammarians first loss however they remain on top of their pool after beating Nadi College, 9-4 and Dilkusha 11-3.

Natabua has secured the top spot in Pool One – their latest achievement was a 7-4 win over Natabua this afternoon.

St John’s College head Pool Two after thumping Nausori High School 20-2 in the biggest score margin for Day One.

The only upset so far was Ratu Sukuna Memorial defeating Suva Grammar 6-5.
Jasper Williams High is ahead of Vunisea by one point in Pool 5 while Adi Cakobau and defending champions St Josephs Secondary look to progress to the semi-finals.
