RKS to miss out on under-17

The fixture for the Powerade Super Deans Semi-finals have been confirmed and defending Champions Ratu Kadavulevu School will miss out on the under 17 grade this year.

Marist Brothers High School ended RKS hopes of another clean sweep at the 2018 Powearde Super Deans Competition.

This comes after their Under 17 defeated the Champions RKS 13-11 in the quarterfinals today at the ANZ Stadium.

The match could have gone either way but Marist managed to hold on to their lead in the end to upset the champions.

Marist will represented in the semifinals by it’s Under 15 under 17 and under 18.

Cuvu College’s under 18 team has also made it to it second semifinal in as many years, the Nadi based school upset former Deans champions Lelean Memorial School in the first quarter final of the under 18.

Ratu Navula will be the second school from the Western division represented in next week’s semi final by it’s under 17 and under 18.

Other schools also featuring in next week’s fixtures are Queen Victoria School, Suva Grammar and John Wesley College.

Under 15 Semifinal 1 RKS vs MBHS
Under 15 Semifinal 2 QVS vs LMS

Under 16 Semifinal 1 QVS vs Natabua
Under 16 Semifinal 2 RKS vs Suva Grammar

Under 17 Semifinal 1 Ratu Navula vs MBHS
Under 17 Semifinal 2 QVS vs LMS

Under 18 Semifinal 1 Cuvu College vs MBHS
Under 18 Semifinal 2 Ratu Navula vs RKS

Under 19 Semifinal 1 LMS vs Nasinu Secondary
Under 19 Semifinal 2 RKS vs John Wesley

All semifinals will be held again at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.
