RKS retain Deans U-14 title

The Ratu Kadavulevu School has retained the Under-14 Powerade Super Deans title at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.

RKS and its opponent Queen Victoria School were tied five all at full time and the game went into the extra time with both teams failing to add points on the score sheet.

The Fiji Secondary School Rugby Union law book highlights if the winner is not decided in the game, then the team which scored the first try wins the match.

RKS flanker Ratu Vilikesa Rokovonolagi scored first in the final and therefore the game was awarded to the defending champions.

QVS try came from prop Sekaia Saukilagi in the first half of the game.

Meanwhile, in the Under 15 final RKS is currently playing Lelean Memorial School. In the Under 16 final, QVS battles RKS at 11.20am.

In the Under 17 final QVS meets LMS at 12.45pm while the Under 19 final will have RKS playing LMS at 3pm.

In the Under-18 final RKS will face Cuvu College at 4.40pm.
All games will be played at the ANZ Stadium.
