Ratu Kadavulevu School has dethroned Queen Victoria School as winners of the boy’s title in the Tailevu Zone Athletics meet.

The boys from Lodoni ended in top spot on the medal tally with 27 gold, 20 silver and 17 bronze medals.

Defending champions, QVS finished in second spot with 19 gold, 22 silver and 16 bronze medals.

Tailevu North College retained the girls division title with 13 gold, 10 silver and 7 bronze with Dawasamu Secondary School finishing second with 12 gold, 5 silver and 6 bronze.

A total of 28 records were broken during the zone meet.
